In a city know for its secrets, Mass Avenue Heights is a gem unknown to lifelong DC residents as well as newcomers. In fact, I recently took a couple of active Trophy Home buyers on a tour of prospective DC neighborhoods and they were amazed that there was such a breathtaking area in the shadows of the National Cathedral. One of them said, “I drive past here on Massachusetts Avenue all the time and it never occurred to me to turn the corner on Garfield Street!”
